Regina Hall is an American actress who was born in Washington, District of Columbia in 1970 and has featured in music videos, commercials and has been cast in several notable movies. She studied journalism in college and had the vision of becoming a very successful news writer. This however changed after her father passed away and she had to rethink about what she really wanted to do in life. She pursued a career in the entertainment industry and made a guest appearance in a music video in the year 1996.
